Worst experience shopping in this particular store.After spending several hundred dollars the store manager didn’t have a problem throwing the young assistant under the bus over an expensive pair of ill fitting glasses.

Excellent staff and after sales service. Thank you for exchanging the sunglasses which didn’t really fit properly, and at the same price.Very happy with the Serengeti’s. I will be returning to buy a good hat and would recommend everybody who needs a good pair of sunglasses to visit this store.

I wont ever set foot in a Bright Eyes store again…It’s fine while your spending money but if you have a problem…good luck! I was ridiculed, laughed at, they had me in tears, they didn’t care i couldn’t use the sunglasses because of cataracts, instead they called security….bad company to deal with and blame customers for bad products
