We broke down in Proserpine yesterday 21/12/22. After a very long wait for Suncorp towing to pick us up. We just made it to RACQ with little time left before the mechanic’s were to knock off.They went straight to work with no hesitation. Unfortunately for us car was not able to be fixed. Selena Was amazing with us all the phone calls I made to her giving us advice on how we could continue our trip onto Brisbane, to allowing us to leave our car there until we work out how to get it back to cairns.Ever in Proserpine and you have car trouble even if you or not with RACQ ( like us but changing ) go there you will not be disappointed. 10 star rating from me.

Big praise to Joe, I came in needing new bulbs for my tail and break lights but had no clue where to start looking. He came out to my car and had a look at what I needed and changed the bulbs for me. I found it really nice and thoughtful of him to do that for me, without me even asking. He is a very kind and knowledgeable man who deserves a big praise!!

Placed an online order, after receiving confirmation of my order in total, no sms or email from the store.The following day I called them to confirm my order was ready a lady informed me all good to go.On pick up there was an item missing, Joe the manager checked and stated the item was on order from Brisbane and will be here tomorrow (Friday, I told him I will be leaving Sunday back to Townsville).I phoned Saturday and spoke to Josh (who was very helpful) who confirmed there was no deliveryand no order placed for the item.He did tell me which other store had the item.Joe not good customer service.Geoff
