Has everything you need from a BP service station, never out of stock, well run however due to security concerns they wont let you into the shop after 10pm nightly. Has decent pastries, pies, coffee, chocolate, chips etc available at all hours.

Staff were completely unhelpful, unknowledgable about their own products and refused to let me speak with their manager who could explain the process to them.I was buying petrol gift cards, went to the counter handed then over the trainee who looked at his supervisor and grinned. He was sitting just out of eye line. He stood like that for a few moments without saying anything to me. When I asked if someone was going to help me, the supervisor asked if they were urgent. Meaning did I need to get them now. I said yes they were. He said he didn't know how. I'd purchased these before and been through staff not knowing this process. So I told him where the instructions were and the general process as much as I knew. He had trouble following the instructions as he skipped the first step of having me pay for them first. I pointed that out and then he refused to process them. I asked to speak with his manager to which he refused. Said he couldn't call him at 6:20am. I understand that it's early. But they're open, they should be able to deal with my inquiry. I left frustrated and disappointed and sadly I still need the gift cards.

Over a month now and the tyre air is still out of service.Yeah, they have petrol but so do plenty of other petrol stations with tyre air.

No bathroom. Poor customer service.Fuel price is so much higher than the other BP just a few hundred meters away.Generally BP’s price is much higher than other fuel stations but you can get better service the environment. This one has the highest price, lowest service and facilities

Compact BP but has most essentials you’d expect in store at a service station - snacks, pantry and medicine cabinet staples. There aren’t a lot of petrol pumps but there is run off area for waiting if needed. Pat the attendant was super friendly and provided efficient service

Don't forget to fix your air filling pump! Wouldn't allow me to select a tyre pressure. Good servo otherwise...

My partner went to get some chips yesterday around 1/1:30 am. The boy behind the counter refused to serve him”as he had just mopped the floor and didn’t want to step on it” my partner asked him to please get them and he refused. That person needs to be fired because A. The floor is to be mopped after the store closes. B. What’s even the point of having him in the store if he’s not making sales. C. It’s a convenience store and servo, and it’s anything but, the doors are locked, a customer can’t even go in and purchase themselves and the staff clearly doesn’t want to step on its mopped floor to serve customers. Mans literally not fulfilling his job description. Will steer clear and take my business elsewhere. People who don’t like interacting with people shouldn’t be working in service and hospitality.

Rocked up at 3am trying to buy toilet paper (at least 2 ply) and was cold heartedly refused in the upmost blunt attitude . Was not recommended of any local toilets and it just left a bad tastes. In our mouths . Worst bp experience ever . And I've driven up and down the eastern coast of Australia and can say from experience that these guys are not towing the line .

I am specifically reviewing the coffee - the Inner West best kept secret. If you are look for awesome coffee 24 hours a day, these barrista's rock...I know, I know it is BP. But they obviously take coffee very seriously in there and always service with a smile and they look after regulars and locals...I couldn't say this for some of the coffee shops close by in Newtown.

Last night I was sitting on the couch and my girlfriend suggested I go over the road to the BP to purchase a caramel Magnum for dessert, & as she cooked dinner that night it seemed pretty fair. So I popped over the road to purchase two icecreams. As luck would have they were having a two for $6 promotion. I selected two icecreams and waived my card. Then I noticed I was charged $9.20 for the pair. I asked if I was meant to be paying $6, the attendant replied Sorry those brands are not included in the promotion" I walked over and pointed at the the same two brands on the sign
