One of those old style shops, BUT has everything I need in the way of groceries. Staff are really good and pleasant too. Keep up the good experience Team.

Visiting from Victoria. Was staying a 5 min walk away. Shopped there many times in 2 weeks. Friendly and helpful staff.

Customer service is atrocious. Most of the teenager girls especially at the check out are horrible and very patronising. They have ZERO people skills and I dont feel welcome every time i walk into this shop. I honestly feel like im constantly being judged. They are happy to chat loudly about personal stuff in front of the customers, laughing at it. One time, i came across these girls at the check out laughing out loud and teasing one of the staff coz she had a hickey. Now, i didnt have to know about it but they made it very obvious as they are talking so loud while scanning my orders. Which to me is very squalid and unprofessional.Only yesterday, I was there in the fridge section and there was a staff member talking to an “off duty” staff member (she was in pyjamas), and an elderly lady wanted assistance in getting milk off of the top shelf. I assisted the old lady as they ignored and didnt acknowledge her standing there. (An example of their poor customer service).Also, they have poor selection of goods, especially the vegetable section. Its either empty or vegetables are not fresh.This place is worn down and you can see it inside and out. And unfortunately the staff are the same. I cant wait for the new shop across the road to be opened.To the management, hopefully they will screen their staff for interpersonal skills so they will not lose customers.

Love my local Foodland I’ve been going there for 26 yrs they have great staff … who go above and beyond for there customers

Great store, always lovely customer serviceDeli section always has a good selection of meats.Well stocked and fresh. The bakery section is always goodIf I can say the rolls & Continental bread is always stale. Sandwich bread is fresh but I would stay away from the bread in the bakery section.
