I had Dean service my 2013 Volkswagen Golf (affectionately named Godfrey) after becoming annoyed with the expense and poor customer service offered by Volkswagen at their Service Centres.Dean did a great job - he was friendly, efficient and very professional. When he encountered a glitch with resetting the service message in my car's computer, he went above and beyond to get it fixed without incurring me any extra cost or inconvenience. When you add to that the fact that he was very competitively priced (particularly when compared with Volkswagen) and the convenience of him being mobile, I couldn't have had a better experience.I would recommend Dean without hesitation, and he will no doubt be seeing Godfrey and I each year for many years to come!

Dean is an absolute champion!I recently had some significant issues with the brakes on my wife's car. Not only did Dean happily sacrifice thirty minutes during our initial phone call, but he then showed great flexibility in arranging an appointment time that suited my needs.He arrived on time and proved himself to be a friendly, sincere guy.
