My Dad lives here and they are treating him beautifully and with great care. He's living with dementia. Since they got their new facility manager and new clinical coordinator and new staff this facility has become super. They have a memory care unit which is great for people living with dementia who need special care.

Our Mother spent her final days in the care of the beautiful and attentive staff at Bayview Aged Care. Mum was warmly welcomed and very well looked after. The nurses paid very close attention to Mum's needs and we could see that Mum was comfortable and happy to be there. They prepared meals that she could easily eat and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to all the staff, in particular Cheryl, Ruby and Bernadette.

If you really care do not put your loved one in this place. My mother was in there for respite and from the first day was told to not ring the call bell at meal times and to urinate in her pants as the staff were “too busy” at this time to answer her bell-Mum was even paying $30 per day extra for “Silver Service”. The call bell was removed from the socket on one occasion so she could not use it. When Mum mentioned it to a different staff member, she was call a “liar” because the staff member said all the alarms in the facility would go off if the bell was removed from the socket. When I complained to the office lady I was told my Mum was “mistaken” because all the alarms would go off and everyone would come running. I returned to Mum’s room, removed the bell, and guess what-no alarm andnoone came. When I spoke to the manager, she informed me that they became aware of the bell situation after my complaint. She went on to say the problem would not be fixed until near the end of the year-this was before Christmas and affected more residents than just my Mum. When I mentioned this I was told it was “not my concern as my mother had a bell”-a small service bell that you could nearly hear. The list goes on. Bottom line-I would not put my relatives in such an appalling place.

Very nice facility for mother in-law. She seems to like this place. Friendly staff. Food quite good.

Anybody thinking of working at this cess pool, should look elsewhere. Complaints regarding workplace bullying, as well as violence against employees are completely ignored, and brushed under the carpet. The administration are massively incompetent, I have lost count of the amount of pay mistakes that have been made, never in favour of the employee either, and management refuse to hand out the contact number for pay roll. After a severe back injury, it took over 3 months to receive any pay, which only happened after contacting a lawyer. Only few of the staff genuinely care about the residents, others leave them sitting in their own waste, or put them to bed at 3pm to avoid having to actually do their jobs. The list of flaws is endless. Please, for your own sake do not even consider working at this travesty of a facility, and never send your loved ones here.

To all reading. This company will terminate your employment for what i consider unfair and not caring for the well being of their employees. After being run down by a car running a red light, I work hard to recover and return to work. As i am taking too long for ACSAG to recover and return to full duties rather than offer light duties they terminate my employment.Well done ACSAG. I will add they use legal representation that actually lie for them. Outright lies to the fairwork commision. Another congratulations AGSAG run down the small employee. Attention Andrew Sudholz you legal team lie to achieve the results your company wants and the small person can not fight you. AGSAG is a disgrace is their care for staff and residents.
