Wonderful customer service and friendly staff. I got my iPhone 11 fixed with this guys and the work is done professionally within 20-30min which 6 months of warranty. Staffs were fully trained and knowledgeable as they took me through few of the products to save phone from cracking in future. As i had done repair with them and got MVR screen protector, they provided me with $20 discount vouchers for repair which can be used for future repairs.Totally WORTHY to call them EXPERTS.I recommend Mobile Experts to all the people who have crack screen or any issues with their phones to visit them and get their issues solved.

They sold me a non genuine apple display and all the colours a distorted do not go here. Just go to Apple

Got told the replacement screen was oled, its LED, they didn't reprogram the screen so now i don't have access to true tone function, screen is thicker then OEM but didnt tell me this so now phone cases don't do much, quite a scam

Upsold me to the most expensive screen protector after discussing what I was after which was faulty after 2 hours of use, blurring the screen, and warping with use of an apple pen, which I was told it was perfect for. I was told several times I could get a refund after showing them the product but their email helpline refuses to do so and will only respond to emails with a copy-paste response. I have received no real help or reimbursement and the staff, intentionally or not, have been deceiving and misguiding. You will not get your money back for faulty products.

Update: I don't do private to massage ego's. Your shop has only hired people described below.This place has a bad dose of retail disease. The guy I was trying to talk to was so interested in what he was saying he lost a $450 sale.Oh well just to be clear the salesperson is trying to sell me something not talk to his friends, refuse to listen and not act on directions

Been a long time customer for Mobile Experts, first time visit at the penrith store. Very disappointing & poor service, installed a new unbreakable screen protector for my new iPhone 14 pro. Gave me the wrong screen protector and gave me a screen for iPhone 13 Pro instead. Came back the next day and staff refused to take responsibility for it. Staff remained adamant that the screen size are the same, despite having a gaps on the edges of the phone. Refuse to refund and also refused to replace the screen with the right screen protector. Brought the phone to the store in Blacktown and they had replaced it with the screen protector that I required that actually fit the entire screen. Will definitely not be coming back to the Penrith store.

Fixed my phone perfectly. We had an issue with the eftpos machine but they were very polite and with great customer service highly recommended and definitely will go back in future!!!

Had my phone and 2x Ipads screens repaired here almost a year ago. Purchased new covers and screen protectors for all 3. Was told by the gentleman who served me that my phones screen protector had 1 replacement if I kept my receipt and the box it came in. I went back this week and was told by 2 girls that the screen protector had no replacement because it was unbreakable (mind you I got a scratch on it in the first few weeks but didnt want to replace it so soon and it didn’t affect the touch screen). Very disappointed. I’ve held on to the stupid box and receipt for almost a year!!!!

Never go here . customer service was Terrible got ripped off and got my phone back and the camera was not working . I took it back and thay said I had to pay more

Despite being busy, they fixed my phone in 20 minutes. They gave me a full-coverage screen protector with a free replacement once. Great job, guys!
