I had a great experience with ChemDry. They refreshed the look of my carpet significantly. They took care of the unpleasant smell, and while it didn't completely disappear, there was a noticeable improvement. Dave also offered some practical advice to manage the odor, which was incredibly helpful. Besides addressing the problem, they left the carpet looking clean and revitalized. As soon as Dave arrived at our property, I knew that the rug was in the best hands. Dave was very professional, discussed every product that went onto the rug and provided instructions on how to maintain the rug over the next couple of days. I would highly recommend Dave and ChemDry for any further rug/carpet cleans.
