called to have a slow leak in my front tire fixed. I showed up half an hour later and they did the job instantly. 15 min later I was back on my way home. just $20 which is absolutely fair.

Incredibly dishonest and morally corrupt business.I dealt with Sam, who has a particular charm for making you feel as if you are being taken care of only later to have the work done and expenses 'required' revealed to be fraudulent.I was charged over $900 for a 'replacement' starter motor that was not fixed properly by Sam to begin with. I also asked for a service and not to go over $700 *if* certain material aspects of the car could be fixed such as broken handles and clips, spare tyre. Obviously none of that was done. Was still charged $900.I was told the car had a full service. I had my car serviced last week somewhere else for the due date recommended and the basic requirements of a 'service' had not even been done by Bips Tyres and Auto, e.g. spark plugs (Sam told me they were changed).I have never felt so humiliated to be stolen from by a business to this extent. I had explained to Sam that I had also lost my job that week due to needing surgery and just needed the car to see me through. How's the humanity.I did not need a shiny new $400 starter motor of the best brand with added GST. or an extra mystery $500 added to my bill.Thanks Sam. Not sure how you sleep at night. You're one of the worst.

Sam is a great fellow, he got me car Roadworthy in just 30mins which is way better than other Workshops. I highly recommend him for any Roadworthy jobs if you are looking for a quick turnaround.

I got nail in my tyre but it didn’t come tru the tyre. Good man didn’t charge me anything. I know places when it is no puncture then no charge but still nice gesture.

I have a 16 year old falcon which I have taken to other mechanics due to an ongoing problem. None of these were able to help me. Sam, however fixed the problem after a lot of effort. The car is now running perfectly. Thanks Sam. You're a great mechanic and I would recommend you to anyone having problems with their car !!!!!
