The team fit us in straight away as we had difficulties finding anyone to fix our ducted airconditioning system. Me and my partner were franticly calling everyone in town to try get someone to have a look at it as we have a 5 month old and no other source of cooling throughout the house, not only were they able to come look at it they had it fixed within half an hour ! Top job. Highly recommendable!

Awesome service, professional with excellent communication have used them several times with residential and business airconditioners and will continue to use them to maintain our units.

Chose this company to clean an aircon unit and look at another that had stopped working. Decided on Davey Service as I like to support small local business. However, the technician arrived an hour late with no notice. He was young and didn’t take any care in what he was doing. He stained the brand new carpet in the bedroom while cleaning the aircon. Didn’t lay down a sheet, so I offered to lay my own on the ground to try and protect the carpet. Instead he put all of his tools and a dirty bucket on the carpet instead of the sheet. Also left marks all over the wall.He then moved outside to apparently look at the wall unit that wasn’t working. He didn’t bother to look at the inside unit at all but told me that the whole thing needed to be replaced without an explanation as to what was broken.Upon trying to use the aircon that was cleaned that evening it had suddenly stopped working.There was good communication from the office lady who was helpful and sent the owner around the next morning to fix the issue. It turns out that the young technician had not put the aircon back together correctly.We received a quote for the ‘broken unit’ of $4,000. This all sounded off to me so I paid for a 2nd opinion.The next business came and showed me that there was just a board that needed to be replaced due to geckos. This could be seen immediately upon opening the outside unit.We had a very bad experience with this company and I hope their service improves over time.
