I recently attended a training and development session run by Cameron at Shape HR. The experience from start to finish was extremely professional and beneficial for not only myself but our workplace too.The way that Cameron presented and ran the session was professional, clear and concise. Cameron also made us all feel really comfortable throughout the whole session. The skills we learnt during the training were beneficial while in the session but I have also been able to implement these learnt skills into my work now.I highly recommend Cameron at Shape HR for training and development and all HR needs. I love working with Shape HR - Cam is always very considerate and thoughtful with his responses. Being both a part of senior management and managing a team of people, I can approach him with both questions around the business and the leadership team, my own skillset and also with resolving anything that arises with my direct reports.
