Drysdale House Bed & Breakfast
Our Hosts Janice and Lester made us feel right at home from the start. Very spoilt with extras. I've never stayed at a B&B before this has set the standard very high. House was beautiful, rooms lovely, beds comfortable, breakfast amazing. We are certainly going to go back.

Drysdale House Bed & Breakfast
What a lovely stay we had at this beautiful cottage full of olde world charm and authentic features. Our host, Cathie, was so warm and welcoming. Everything was cosy, comfortable and sparkling clean. There were some lovely home made sweet treats to have with tea or coffee as we relaxed in the lounge area. We had a delightful evening on the Q Train which was a very short walk away ... and woke up in the morning to a delicious, fresh, continental breakfast. The whole weekend was a relaxing and indulgent treat.

Great place to stay. We got a big breakfast and everything was cooked perfectly. The room was beautiful and the very very comfortable. I wanted to take the mattress and pillows home with us but my wife said we better not.The owners were so friendly they suggested a walk down to the river. It was a lovely walk.

Drysdale House Bed & Breakfast
A beautiful, comfortable and clean B&B where the setting reflects the warm hospitality of the hosts. Had a good night's sleep on the super comfortable bed, and made use of the relaxing bathtub. As we checked out, Lester was washing our car and gave us some snacks. Not sure I got tbis level of service when I stayed at the Hyatt! Will definitely be back!

Drysdale House Bed & Breakfast
We stayed at Drysdale House over the New Year period and the new owners, Ian and Cathie, definitely provided us with a five star experience. From the moment we arrived we were treated like old friends and were provided with lots of info about Drysdale and the surrounding areas, including cafes, restaurants, wineries, scenic drives, sporting facilities and, of course, the Q Train. We stayed in the Elizabeth room, which was quiet, very comfortable and spacious. The history of the cottage, plus sitting on the front verandah admiring the beautiful gardens really added to our holiday experience. We left feeling rested, relaxed and keen to return in the very near future. We would highly recommend Drysdale House as one of the premier places to stay on the Bellarine Peninsula.

I stayed there over night in Jan 2016 while visiting the place for work and it was really exceptional that I still remember it 3 years later!The mansion is luxurious and the staff treat you like royalty.I remember my room didn't have a microwave but the lady there offered to take my food and warmed it for me herself and presented it in a very pleasant way I felt I was in a 5 star hotel. I had to leave really early next morning but the gentleman there caught me on the way out to offer me a quick refreshment. Thanks guys you probably don't remember me but I promised that I will write you an awesome review and I am SO late but late better than never!

Drysdale House Bed & Breakfast
Cathie and Ian were perfect hosts, so warm and welcoming but also gave us heaps of privacy. Great knowledge of the area and able to give us lots of tips on request. Really impressed with the level of detail they went to, all those little things you wish were in other BnBs were all catered for here. Really homely and well maintained. Loved that you could rent out both bedrooms and it felt like your own home. Walking distance to local shops and pub (Pub does great food too). Surrounded by wineries. Easy drive to Geelong too. Could barely fit in everything in 3 days. Can see why this place is so popular.

Drysdale House Bed & Breakfast
Our July visit was a pleasant surprise ... we had access to two spacious rooms plus our bedroom with a comfy, snug bed. The ensuite bathroom was large and modern - one you would wish for at home! The hosts provided us with a warm, friendly greeting before retreating to their own separate space. Access was easy and safe parking was readily available. The garden promised a wonderful spring bloom so a spring/summer return is a must!

It's the extra little things our host prepared that made our stay most enjoyable. Cathie left us little melting moments to welcome us, the kitchenette was stocked with snacks, purified water and tea & coffee facilities. You'll have access to the fridge and more.The sitting room is well stocked with games, puzzles and loads of books.The bedroom is private and includes robes for our use.The ensuite includes all the usual items for a comfortable stay as well as big deep bath.When it came time for breakfast Cathie waited for a sign from us that we were up so our breakfast was served hot. (sorry no photo of our yummy breakfast).If you are heading to the Q Train, this is the perfect place to stay, just a short walk to the Drysdale Station and back.

Drysdale House Bed & Breakfast
Thank you Cathie and Ian for an absolutely beautiful stay last weekend. We thoroughly appreciated your hospitality. The accommodation was perfect. Very comfy beds with beautiful decor all through the beautiful home. Breakfast was amazing. It was only a couple of minutes walk to the Q Train which was great. We would definitely recommend your B & B to all of our friends.
