I arrived to my appointment and the place was shut, lights turned off. I waited around tried to call the clinic and tried to call the confirmation number, no answer on both. I ended up leaving. I received a call from the receptionist Kathy. I tried to explain to her what happened, however she would interrupt me, talk down to me because I showed up to a clinic that was closed with the lights turned off. I didn't know what to do as this was my first appointment. I said this is very unprofessional you can't speak to someone who is suffering like that. I said I may have to just go and get help elsewhere. Kathy the receptionist tells me good go somewhere else we don't won't you here anyway. Very unprofessional.
