If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. If you are thinking of taking this place up as your job provider, I'd highly recommend that you don't.They don't help you with anything and they are extremely lazy. They claim to be busy but every single time I've gone in, there has been either no job seekers or the job seekers have looked extremely unhappy. My phone needed fixing and they couldn't help me get another one or get my phone fixed (I can't start work till its fixed and I can't afford to get it fixed) , they failed to get my job plan set up on the first appointment, they ran an hour late to my first appointment, it feels like they are judging you when you walk in, E.C.T.They apparently can't help me with anything job related which is really weird because they are the ones who have put me on a Transition To Work plan.I will be switching job providers of the Monday and I recommend that everyone else who is with or is thinking about going with Jobs State wide, I recommend you guys think and try other places. This place will only waste your time, mental and physical health.

I was told by the lady there that it would be hard to find me a job because she felt my weight and skin colour would go against me. I am white and 85kg, she said that if I was black it would be much easier to get a job because there are plenty of low paying jobs reserved for them (blacks). I was horrified at her comments and told her just that, to which she replied lets face it they (blacks) are lazy aren't they" as if I was meant to agree with her. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy or even a dole bludger. In fact if I was living in a cardboard box on the beach I wouldn't even go there."

Staff who don't know the difference between their arse and the their elbow. There is almost no car parking for jobseekers to attend this office. Its park in the street with a time limit. You exceed that limit, get a parking fine. Which really comes in handy because you arrive to your appointment on time and wait for close to an hour before you're seen to.

Sure the process is a little mollycoddled & it's not run like a machine but the girls there were nice enough,These places receive a lot of bad reputation but at the end of the day you're still getting money from the government just to support your living habbits.

Reception rude and very depressing. Kinda makes you feel unwelcome. And people don't like there job. Then don't work there.

I understand that the staff working here have a difficult job with minimum resources to work with, but there is no need to be so rude. A woman in particular who works at the front desk, Estelle, is so dismissive and condescending in her attitude, no wonder people have a hard time.

Pretty horrible place. They advertise themselves as being a job agency, but they do zero to help you get a job. You sit at a computer and scroll through positions advertised online which everybody can do at home on a computing system that actually operates. There's zero privacy. When you come in for 'interviews,' you're seated in the back of the section of computers where everybody overhears your conversations regarding your situation. They ask you the state of your relationships, your mental health, your family, and all sort of questions while everybody in the office can hear you. They write your details on a post-it note, disappear for twenty minutes, and then return with a contract they explain nothing about and get you to sign it. They give you one day notice of your appointments and won't change it even if you're sick/unable to attend which means your payments get cut. The only kind of help they actually give you is a stack of paper and forms. You talk to nobody about your job prospects. Essentially, they couldn't care less about you, your privacy, or your career.

Not helpful, rude, a complete lack of compassion and disregard for helping people. I understand they have legislation to follow but they treat their users with absolute contempt. Constantly pushing their responsibilities onto Centrelink so they don't have to deal with their own incompetence. The whole system is a farce and they're absolutely complicit in it. Not to mention they never answer the phone.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I'm not sure if they have standards for how sadistic employees must be, or it might just be a happy coincidence that they seem to attract them. Zero actual help with gaining employment, and staff seem to gain enjoyment from screwing people around and cancelling payments. Avoid at all costs.

Yes Dave i agree its disappointing the level of professionalism is simply not their and never will be, they are all too busy out the back looking what you are looking at on computer, what i mean is all their computers have a proxy Webmarshall program on each individual computer it is hard to disable if you dont know how, so what does this mean ? This means if you access your email account they will be reading your emails at their own discretion ! This also means they can access you emails, bills, ebay, facebook whatever, accounts even when you have logged off. LEGAL ? Webmarshal is a web spy program with many features, if i were you i would be very careful what sort of information i give to these people, when i say these people i mean these people because they will work on their own moral code, there is no reason why they cannot take keystroke sensitive information such as paswords home with them or pass it on to anyone requiring someones personal information for whatever reason. Workskil and Jobstatewide do not display these warnings and dangers of using their systems because simply they dont want you to know what they are up too ! So do not sign anything, and do not access any personal accounts, they are a truly busted ass provider with no moral code. Would worskil and jobstatewide go through someones letter box ? Probably
