Beautiful store. Came here early morning for a genius bar appointment and the technician here was friendly and approachable.

The retail experience redefined. Cool and calm; helpful and handy. Apple goes from strength to strength.

I just purchased a MacBook Air around 15:20 today and I would like to leave a 5-star review for the staff who assisted us. Sorry for forgetting to ask his name, but honestly he is the most friendly person we have met at the Apple Store. He helped us choose the model of MacBook and also provided us much useful information like Today at Apple, Apple support and discount on purchasing iPhones. Thanks for the wonderful experience at Apple Store!

Nice and large store with three levels plus lots of staff, but quite a few products seemed to be low on stock and did not have a lot of variety (e.g. Apple Watch straps and MagSafe cases).Really cool to see they have live sessions and classes as well, happened to see Art Lab for Kids when we were passing by.

Pretty poor that you need an appointment to purchase something. How difficult is it to get something from stock and process a payment?And at the same time you can afford to have several staff at the front of the store just standing around?What a joke of a store.Edit: managed to buy one from the Miranda Apple store the next day, without an appointment! It will be quicker to walk to a half marathon to Miranda to buy one than wait for these muppets at the CBD shop to do something that adds value to society (and Apple’s bottom line)

I came to the Apple Store in Sydney to have two products: a clear case and a magsafe wallet.I was in a hurry so I tried to get in touch with someone to get my things quickly. I talked to an attendant and told her, straight forward, the things I wanted and, to my surprise, she said I need to talk to someone else (she pointed to the person) to get my things. I talked to the guy and, in a very rude attitude, he said that I could pick up the products from the shelf myself.I went to the shelf, took the two products and nobody came to help me pay. It took me 30 minutes to get my order done. I spent 168 AUD, and received a bad experience.The place is beautiful and clean, as shown by the photos, but my experience was terrible. This is not what I expected from Apple and I do not recommend this store.

Really bad service! I went there to restore my iPhone and the guy helping me was rude beyond imagination. After the phone was restored, i asked for him to clarify a question. He was so agitated! His attitude made it clear that there was no need to bother him again. He didn't answer my question but just asked me to read the prompt before asking him. He said he had other customer to serve. What the hell, is this the Apple Genius bar service? I will never purchase Apple products and will actively share my awful experience.

I’m not one to leave reviews, however with the experience I had today I feel like I just need to leave my feedback.I booked an appointment to get my laptop fixed at 11:40am. I know people are busy so I didn’t mind waiting when it hit 12pm (20mins after my scheduled appointment) however when it hit the 50mins mark at 12:30pm I was growing a bit impatient especially when I saw about 5 people come after me, been serviced and left.I then went to ask someone if I’ve been forgotten and they said “no it’s been busy and to sit back down if I want to be serviced” the rudeness took me aback. I then said how was it possible that 5 people that came after me, been and gone but it was too busy for me know to of been looked after.They didn’t reply to that.I really didn’t want to wait any longer however I really needed to get my laptop fixed.

Get very good experience today. I purchased my new phone with no obstacle. Kimberly and Sean really have good knowledge about the products. They also assist me with the calcualtion which deal should i take. Thanks heaps
