Unfortunately this company became complacent.Although, being a loyal individual client the tax accountants l dealt with were not proactive in providing quality investment and taxation advise.They did not acknowledge or accept that they had not provided the necessary advise, although l had been a loyal client for many years.As a consequence, l was left with a huge taxation bill !

If you're tax return isn't straight forward then this company will drop you the minute it gets complicated for them.As soon as an issue arose with my tax return, Bell Partnership became very patchy in their communication with me and eventually just ignored my emails completely. When I finally got a response back much later, they said that there was nothing that could be done about my increased tax bill (not true).In a nutshell, they tried to brush me off because they couldn't be bothered anymore and now I'm left to do their job.I wouldn't have left a negative review on here, but after complaining to them, they STILL did not reply with any explanation or apology.If you are reading this, then you should have a good think about how you treat new customers.

Malcolm and Andrew have been nothing but helpful for both me and my mother, and always take the time to service her needs. As a new business owner/operator they have given guidance each step of the way and helped support my growth and stability. Forever indebted! Malcolm knowledge is encyclopaedic, and you can tell they genuinely care.
