Kellie and her team have been part of my life for many years, Kellie is a experienced and exceptional hair stylist. I felt comfortable with her wonderful team and atmosphere created by Kellie and her team from the very first day. I leave Kellie’s salon feeling a million dollars, for those minutes I am in her care she makes me feel special. Thank you Kellie, see you soon.

I highly recommend Kellie and the team at Highfields Hair. Nothing is ever a problem they are always happy to help. Great bunch of women, always welcoming and interactive with all clientele. As a family we have used Highfields Hair for cuts, colours, foiling, waxing, formal hair and makeup and even kids haircuts over many years.

I decided to give them a second chance after being put off by their rude tone over message in the past, but once again they failed in the customer service department. Maybe work on having basic manners and effective communication guys. Disappointing - I’d rather support a local business, but I’m not spending money here again. I was made to feel like an inconvenience and I received no genuine apology from the owner when I expressed my experience with the online booking system and the customer service I received and offered feedback. If you’re expecting people to spend hundreds in a single booking maybe be a tad more welcoming and polite? And don’t gaslight customers that have a negative experience - just be accountable. My not receiving a reply to written communication isn’t an ‘opinion’ - it’s an issue with the communication systems within the business. ‘I’m sorry you feel this way’ and ‘I’m entitled to my opinion as you are yours’ is not an apology, especially not when I provided proof of my attempts to make a booking.

I have been going to Highfields Hair for 13 years The girls are very professional, There is always lots of laughing and chatter. Kelly the owner does my hair and is a very gifted hairdresser. It is like going to see family as you are treated as such. I always leave the Salon feeling beautiful and very happy with my hair.
