It was so refreshing to experience a caring, professional, friendly team of girls. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and everyone is given the royal treatment. All this and you would expect it to be over the top expensive but you'd be wrong . And I haven't even started on all the fantastic wildly gorgeous colours.! Thanks girls.

A place where you are welcomed like family. From the moment you walk in until the time you leave you are treated to cake, Coffee and THE BEST head massage. Nothing is too hard and ideas and advice is always given when the decisions are too hard to make. Highly recommend for all the family

I was very happy with the haircut and style from Maddi the apprentice.She listened carefully to Nicole and me to what I wanted and made sure that I was happy with the results.I was also impressed with the overall atmosphere of your salon. I was fortunate enough to win a hair colour and cut at Hairserenity. Lisa did an amazing job and was able to achieve exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere is amazing you really are treated to a relaxing experience and what was nice to see how kind she was to the junior staff. I have definitely found my new hairdresser. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcomed, Nikki was incredible as she educated me about my hair and took the time to make sure she was doing what I wanted. Nikki and the team took the time to make sure my hair was perfect before I left and the price point was so reasonable! I'll be going to Hair Serenity from now on :)

Hi Nikki– thank you for always making my hair & my life brighter.” “A truly great hairstylist is hard to find, difficult to part with, & impossible to forget.” It doesn’t matter how I feel when I go into Hair Serenity I come out feeling great , it more than a salon it’s similar to visiting family knowing you will leave feeling relaxed and special. Every client is like Nikki’s best friend.
