Went to get my nails done for my wedding. They didn't have the colours I asked for, and the service was rushed and not done properly. No cuticle work or care to make the shape nice. I left with ski sloping and wonky nails which Ive never had anywhere else beforehand, and even after asking the lady to redo it they still ended up sloping upwards. Inconsistent thicknesses to the nails too. Felt unable to say more as they knew it was for my wedding and this was the best they gave me... I also tried to make conversation and they did not seem very friendly. Poor customer service. $145 for a full set and pedicure... Not worth it. Had to go to another nail tech to get my nails fixed. Don't waste your money

I should have read the reviews first. I have never had a service so rushed despite only one other person in salon. The staff have no tolerance if you can’t understand them, they are abrasive and lack customer service skills. The pedicure was so rushed and poorly done. The worst was being charged $55!Never will I set foot in here again nor would I recommend the Nail Bar Indooroopilly.With all the competition for nail salons, this place is sub par. Be warned!

Got my nails done here yesterday (shellac) and by the time I got home - my nails had already started to peel off completely. No contact number to call them and notify, but given it is over an hour away from where I live - not worth the time and fuel to go back and get them fixed. Paid elsewhere to get this re-done (after already spending $95).A positive though is that the massage chairs there are pretty good haha

i got a simple nail look done and it was rushed as they were closing and none of the line work/nail shape were even and proceeded to charge me $85 for the set when i first heard $25 for the set. Very disappointed in the outcome and do not recommend going to this place.

Inexperienced.1. Took 1.5hrs for full set2. The man cut my finger with scissors & was bleeding for an hour3. Nail broke less than 24hrs of having them

I love this place. It's friendly, efficient and they always do a great job. Plus it's the only salon I've been to that doesn't have the really strong smell of acetone/polish etc...

Bad quality and bad service. 3 nails broke off the very next day and when I asked for them to be fixed I get passive aggressive attitude.

Unfortunately I‘m not happy with the gel manicure I received yesterday. Staff were nice but my lady was difficult to communicate with and I believe she wasn’t as skilled as the other staff (other girl’s nails looked awesome). She filed my almond shape quite wonky on a few nails and didn’t trim hangnails near cuticles. Polish left on skin in some places which made the nails look home-done in my opinion. She also clipped my cuticle too much on one finger making it bleed. Just not as professional looking as I hoped for the price.

I went to the Nail Bar to get french tips but was not given a choice and ended with a set of gel acrylic nails.There were only 4 customers but they were rushing through even though it was at 9am. The end result were the nails were not straight and one had a bubble on the nail.The most disappointment was when 2 nails broke within two weeks of having the nails done esp as i had them done for a special occasion.Will never be going back to that place and do not encourage others to. Disappointing.
