Bob Jane T-Marts Darwin

Paid $89 for wheel alignment and when i collect my car it was like untouch. Total waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend this franchise at all.

I got a wheel alignment at BOB JANE Casuarina in 2021, just after moving to Darwin. The staff managed to put something back together either upside down or back to front and by the time I had discovered what had happened, it ended up destroying two of my tyres in the process. I will never recommend this store, I would not trust them with my car ever again.

Great price on 4 new tyres. Excellent communication. Heaps of staff working there. Good advice and friendly. We went back because I thought there was a problem with the fitting, they found the problem which had nothing to do with them. I recommend these guys. John & Agi.

Jumped in my car, heard my tyre making loud noises. Rang Bob Jane Darwin at 4.50pm. They boys said they would wait for me to drive there before shutting the workshop at 5pm. Got there right on 5pm - the guys were great. Quickly chucked on my spare and booked my flat in for repair the following morning.Very very grateful, great customer service.

Poor warranty service, Bought aC entury battery for my 4 year old brand new Mitsubishi Outlander 13 months ago. Battery started going dead (4 times in a fortnight). Went to Bob Jane they told me to 50 % charge left. Recharge the battery over night and try. Anyway I came home hoping to recharge. I could not see a point in recharging it if it is giving problems 25% life into the battery's life. I went to a different Battery shop they did a battery load test and said battery is faulty. So I went back to Bob Jane Casuarina (NT), they unkindly told me to leave the battery, so then they will send it to Century battery, Darwin for testing and if it is a manufacturing fault they would replace the battery. I asked for an old battery for my vehicle until i get the replacement. They said it was not their problem. I went to a different seller and bought a new battery with a proper warranty. And returned the faulty battery to Bob Jane Casuarina for testing and replacement. It took another 4 days to get the warranty replacement. In my definition this is not a warranty.

Bought 4 new tyres with wheel balancing and an alignment. Car doesn’t go in a straight line and I have to keep micro correcting while driving . Absolutely useless.Here is a tip just buy the tires and get ur wheel alignment done elsewhere.

Purchased tyres that required a special order and got a wheel alignment at Bob Jane T-Marts Darwin. Tyres arrived quicker than quoted and the service was excellent as was the communication (from the initial order, order status, booking and fitment). Wheel alignment felt spot on too (this is rare). Highly recommended from a fussy customer.

I've had some not very happy experience here. They scratched my brand new rims when putting on tyres. However, they paid for the repair cost. Bob Jane always has the best rate in the town. Plus there is no hidden fees like some other tyre shops. Bob Jane T-Marts is my first choice when getting new tyres. I'm hoping they can stock Hankook in the future.

We took our landcruiser for a rotate, balance and alignment.When we picked it up it was all over the road and the steering was off centre (it was straight prior to them touching it)We took it back another 3times before they got it close to being straight again (4 different times in total they had to put it in the workshop and adjust it)I spoke with the owner and raised my concerns about my lack of confidence within this teams ability when I’d paid for a service that clearly wasn’t delivered.He’s response was ‘I don’t know what you want me to do about it’We won’t be going back to this bobjane site again and I’ve got the car booked in at a different tyre service to have bobjane Darwin’s work checked.

No good stock of Black Friday offer.Feel like rippped off when booked the discounted tyres online, store advised they have no stock available.Disappointing.Had to consider another offer.Black Friday offer is scam.
