Star Car Wash - Warriewood Square

Today I wanted to treat myself and get my large car washed. Usually it is an easy process here being located at the shops. Today, I pulled in and thought to myself there isn’t many cars here, lucky me. I quickly realised why. The service rep made his way over, I said inside and out please. He quickly said $120! I have come here for years, not once has it been more than $70 and they always ask for cash. Today he wouldn’t budge so I gave him a mouthful and promptly left. A $50 increase in price. Not $10, not $20 - FIFTY FKN DOLLAR INCREASE.Never will I go back.

Paid for the absolute deluxe carwash, they needed it for approx 4 hours, came back after 4 and a half hours and the car looked basically the same. Windows dirty, no vacuuming under floor mats, wheels still dirty and the finishes not wiped down at all. Stay away from this dodgy business

I wish I could do a minus 4 stars!I cannot believe I brought my 3 week old new car just to washed outside! it was a Mother’s Day treat to myself as it was still as new inside. i paid $70 and asked to pay in cash? for the worst job as your guys spent more time trying to hide the damage they did.. the spray painting to hide the damage made fixing it cost so much more all the rims needed replacing from the spray paint!When I returned to ask why it had been painted to hide the damage I was verbally abused by the manger saying “prove it”!!!I left in tears.I received abusive calls for posting on Fb what happened.. I didn’t mentioned your business name.My insurance company have contacted you in every way they can.. phone and email, you ignore?My insurance company finally asked me after months of you not getting back to them to get my car fixed.. it cost me $900 in excess which they have now returned.I do hope they take you to court as they say they will.What a disgusting way to run a business!!I hope at least one of your staff feels this is not the way to treat a woman or how to run a business.As a mother of adult sons I am disgusted.

I had my Audi 4WD fully detailed here a couple of days ago and the service was exceptional. Not only was my car the shiniest it's ever been (polished to perfection) but Nosu the Manager was the most honest person who called me on my mobile and let me know immediately that i had left money in the car! Rest assured these guys not only do a brilliant clean inside and out, but are also incredibly honest. I will be back and have no hesitation in recommending them !!!

We brought the most disgusting vile vehicle to Star and they gave us back a shiny brand new vehicle. Honestly the best car wash and best job I’ve ever had. Cheers for the awesome job guy

Paid for one of the top washes, and I paid extra to specifically have the wheels detailed. When I got home I saw the wheels had not been done, and if they had it was a very poor job. Emailed to say this had not been done with photos. No response.

Guys did great job! Dropped, shopped and collected the car looking great.

Booked online for Platinum service. A job well done. I am so excited to get a clear view out my windscreen. Didn’t realise how bad it was before. Great service thanks.

I’ve used this company many times previously without any issues. Used them again recently & wasn’t impressed. Interior back seat was soaking wet inside; interior of boot wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned properly; lots of areas of interior mounded plastics not wiped clean; back bumper had dirty wet streak marks that were left to dry & not wiped off. Sorry Star, don’t think I’ll be back ☹️

Bought the full service, very disappointing.Destroyed my windows some how - terrible job done by these amateurs .
