We are on our last night here and so sad to be leaving!!! Beautiful, clean and spacious room with room service everyday. The pool is amazing! Huge, cold pool, warm pool and warm spa! The restaurant is lovely and located right next to the pool (perfect for parents!) And the cocktails at the pool side bar are so on point! Staff have been nothing but warm, friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Located on the very quiet end of Hervey bay, but seconds away to the action. Good fishing 200m walk away and boat club mins walk away for drinks and food with a view. We are already booking for next time!!! Thanks for having us. McDermid's x (room 1209)

This is a very clean place with decent sized rooms which are clean and comfortable with a small courtyard with table and chairs and smoking allowed in your courtyard with 2 lovely sized pools and a dinner restaurant, Smokey Joe's Bar and Grill, which does room service where you can scan the QR code and place & pay for your order. ALL the staff are helpful and friendly.

Lovely clean room and polite staff.Spa didn’t work properly and actually blew the light fuse in our room when it turned on. We got told how to fix it and then when it finally turned on, it wasn’t working properly anyway.

Unfortunately the room was not clean and it just went from bad to worse. Mould on the blind in the kitchen, the floors were not mopped, walls filthy, the worst- turned over a pillow and it was covered in mould. The shower was awful so tried to use the spa- turned it on and all sorts of gunk came out of the jets. Talked to reception and they just said they were surprised because they often get a lot of comments on cleanliness. These things were not things that were just missed as a one off, it just seems they don't clean.

Staff are always friendly, easy location to find. They offer a choice of room service or you can eat at the restaurant. Large pool and spa. Rooms - we preferred the one bedroom apartment over the king room. The apartment was more suitable if traveling with a baby. King room we could hear everything people above us were doing.They offer under cover parking but is limited, if you don't get there early enough then you have to park on the road.The area of the hotel is quite and close to the water.

The rooms were clean, location is great. It's very muggy and humid everytime you enter the room. Not great sound proofing, can hear people walking and chatting in the corridors morning and night. Parking is first come first serve, but there is plenty of street parking.

Not sure how Ramada is getting reviews of clean rooms. I stayed here recently with friends and the room was dirty, stained carpets and musty bedding. Definitely a disappointment for the price charged and would not recommend.

From the moment you walk in to reception you are greeted by friendly staff who are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious the entire family enjoyed their meals from chicken wings to salmon and cheese burgers. The pool was the perfect temperature. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy and beds are comfortable. Definitely a 5 star from us and highly recommended.

The room is dirty, stained carpets, old dated furniture, one single doona cover that smelt so musky to cover a king size bed, broken faucet in bathroom and aircon not working properly. We’ve stayed before with our previous room lovely. We requested a change of rooms and reason why we were put in such a disgusting room and told the rooms are all the same and no change of outcome. Totally disgusted and disappointed after staying in many other motels during our holiday and our last night before returning home being an absolute let down here at The Ramada!!

Beautiful place to stay. Prices are reasonable & the property was neat & tidy. A couple of issues with our door lock but management resolved amicably and promptly. Will stay again if ever in the area. Thanks!
