Rainbow Nails

The nails looked fine at first glance but I paid $80 for simple french tip with only two fingers have very small nail art on it and the nails were very poorly done. It seems like whatever tools they used wasn’t cleaned properly and I have a lot of dirt trapped on top of the nails like it is encapsulated in the nail and I cannot scrub it off and it looks horrible and perpetually dirty. The nails are soooo so so poorly done for the $80 I paid I am so disappointed i will never come back here.

Wow never again the service was shocking made to sit on a stool practically on the dirty floor to have toe nails painted the pedicure was beyond ridiculous the man used a type of scourer and that was it, he even cut the side of my foot with the edge of it. I said I need my feet done properly the lady working next to him said something to him in another language and he said no feet are smooth. I was in shock that they thought their procedure was acceptable The nail polish was all blobs. The two men working there hi fived each other like they were happy they were pushing through all of these customers in a sub standard fashion. Was an absolute disgrace the lady next to me was alarmed as well having to sit on a little stool practically on the floor so much for a relaxing experience. Dont waste your time or money

The last time you will be seeing me is tomorrow morning when I stop by for a refund. That was the poorest, most rushed, and messiest pedicure I have ever experienced - from start to finish including Shellac, done in 15 minutes whilst being asked to pay midway through the service. If you don’t have time to do a treatment properly, don’t let the client sit in the chair.

Terrible service, very unfriendly. Agree with below comments: I didn’t see them cleaning the pedicure area in between customers. I had a gel manicure done and walked out to get my keys which bumped my nail and went back to get it fixed, in which they acted all defensive about saying I should have got shellacAnd I can pay more for them to give me shellac. The problem is they don’t have the correct nail drying equipment just cheap fans. I have had gel done elsewhere with no problem. Waste of money and time.

I got my SNS done hereAnd it is the worse SNS application I have ever had.She didn’t even soak my nails off properly and just went over the top. It’s been 3 days and they are all chipped and not only that it’s just all horrible around the sides, so rushed and horrible work.DO NOT GO HERE

Came in for a shellac refill. Nothing sanitised between customers, use the same towels etc and nail dust everywhere.They didn’t even remove all of my previous colour, no builder gel applied, a literal once over with the nail file before the quickest paint job ever. Nails all strange shapes as a result with globs of paint and old paint still visible.A real quick and dirty job, won’t be back unfortunately

Michael is The BEST. He works here at Rainbow Nails & also at Fresh Nails upstairs - at Sunshine Plaza . He does a great STRONG foot massage along with an EXCELLENT pedicure, & does a Reflexology massage if you ask for one. (I pay extra $10-$15 for this. Worth every cent.)Please give him a tip. I do. He works VERY HARD to do a great job..& no, I'm not related to him OR to anyone at either shops. I'm just a very happy customer.

Rush rush rush.That’s what I describe this place.This is the second time I’ve been here and both times I did not have a good experience.Everything feels rushed and my nails looked terrible, no sterilising either.I always give a place of business a second chance but I’m not going to spend my money where people doesn’t seem to care too much about their work and doing it properly.I’m very disappointed, lucky I’m only going out and not going to a special occasion.They need to really tell their workers to slow down and actually do their job properly. There’s no point rushing if you’re just doing half job.

The lady who attended to my nails today was very rough and looked distracted, always looking up at the front store for customers coming in; she ended up sanding my cuticles twice and did not even apologise! The job was rushed I was in and out so fast I had to wait for my husband, who was supposed to meet me outside the salon 15 minutes after I walked in. As a result, she did a poor job it wasn't worth the money. Also, beware, as I also found out too late, that they don't sterilise their nail tools, and they reuse their gross nail files - high risk of getting a fungal infection! AVOID!

The guy glued my skin to the nails and now it’s bleeding. The shape was horrible and when I tried multiple times to ask him to change it he kept saying it would be fine. He kept saying “you are happy”. Even when I said no. When my friend pointed out that I was bleeding and asked if I was okay he said “I do a perfect shape”. He did not.
