Gena did a fantastic job replacing a cracked floorboard. It blends in perfectly and looks as though its apart of the original floorboard. Very friendly and works to a professional standard. Cleans up and is happy to re-visit for re-coating when requested.Great experience and highly recommend :)

Gena did a great job on replacing our damaged floorboards. He came out to assess the job on the day we called and was able to provide a quote and finalise the job to an excellent standard within 2 days. Gena is a professional and very friendly, which made him very pleasant to deal with. I’d recommend him for any timber flooring work.

A few weeks ago Gena came to inspect some damage in my timber floor. The floors had been beautifully constructed back in the 1950’s. Gena replaced the damaged boards which he sourced and selected using recycled boards from the same era. He was punctual & a wonderful craftsman, and did the most beautiful job on my floors.I could not recommend Innovative Floors more highly. Gena was an expert in every possible aspect of floor repair and floor sanding.Many thanks Gena!

Gena did a fantastic job sanding and varnishing the Baltic pine floors in our house. The floors were in very poor shape, but after Gena’s treatment, they looked as good as new. Gena was very reliable, came when he said he would and was always punctual. He gave very good value. I would certainly call on Gena again.

Pulled back carpet in our 70's house to find good hardwood boards, but a whole section that needed replacing. These guys sourced matching timber and now you can't tell old from new sections. Did a great job, turned up on time and at a fair price. No hesitation getting them back to do the kitchen floor to match.

This guy really knows his stuff, he must have been doing this for years because he has a great attention to detail and he saw issues that nobody else saw. I went with Innovative Floors and am glad I did - Great work, great price, great attention to detail.If you think sanding and floor preparation/laying is easy and can be done by anyone for a budget price online you are mistaken, because this takes years of practice.Last time I used a hack I had to spend massive money to get it fixed. The last two times I have used these guys and yes I highly recommend. Great Job - Great service AAA+++

Fantastic finish- restoration of old floor and outstanding job. You may find cheaper but it definitely won’t be done to the same standard. Pay peanuts get monkeys! Genna is a true craftsman.
