I have seen Dr. Tracy Shang about a hip injury which I've had for almost a year. She was the first doctor of many I've seen (including surgeons, GPs etc.) who has taken the time to really explain my injury. She took time with me to ensure I understood and then talked me through my treatment options. It was so nice to walk away from the appointment knowing why I had pain, where it originated from, how to manage it for now and what my next steps would/ could/ should be. Further to all of this, she called me the following week after my appointment simply just to check in on me and ensure all was ok and I was clear on everything.I honestly can't recommend Tracy highly enough. I feel super supported by a very professional and knowledgeable professional!Thank you!

Just such a wonderful clinic all around. The doctors are all extremely dedicated and go out of their way to make sure you get the help you need, and the front desk staff are very accommodating and helpful.

Great clinic, saw Dr Daniel Geilings and in one session was able to assist me in my pain and injury more than another popular sports clinic was able to assist in at least 6 different sessions with 2 different doctors. Goes to show how good this doc really is. Recommended

After consulting many doctors and surgeons over the years to try and fix my chronic hamstring problems, James was a breath of fresh air.James took his time and ensured he had my WHOLE medical history. He did not try and hurry through my consultation so he could see his next patient. He gave carefully considered advice and explained all my options going forward. This gave me a lot of confidence and a fresh sense of optimism that I might be able to solve a problem that I have lived for a very long time.I can’t recommend James (and his team at Australian Sports Doctors) more highly.

I had a horrendous experience on the phone with the reception here. I tried to get information on whether prp injections were provided for back pain. She spoke over me the entire time, didn’t listen to any of my questions or concerns, and kept trying to push me to book a consultation. Why would I book a consultation if i don’t know whether what i’m specifically after is provided here? When I asked to speak to someone more informed like a supervisor, she threatened to end the call. Imagine having to deal with back pain, calling this place to look for ways to get relief, and being completely patronised by reception. She even gave me names of radiology clinics they work with where PRP is done, but then proceeded to say “I don’t know if it’s a thing for back pain or spine”. Why is your website promoting PRP if your staff doesn’t even know if it’s thing?Terrible, terrible experience. The conversation with the reception alone increased my pain and completely put me off ever going to this clinic! She needs to stop arguing with patients on the phone and listen to their concerns and questions properly before attempting to respond.

I have been seeing Dr Taylor at Australian Sports Doctors. He has been a great support to me, helping me to overcome a number health issues and I am now back on the sporting field. His dedication and support to his patients is outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr Taylor and his great team to anyone!!

Couldn't have asked for more from ASD. Dr James Taylor guided me through his diagnostic process and took the time to explain all management options and his recommended plan at each consultation.
