As a young woman and university student, I usually dread taking my car to the mechanic out of fear I will be ripped off and out of pocket a million bucks. Unfortunately when my car started smoking I knew I needed to find somewhere as soon as possible. After a quick google search, these guys popped up and with their good reviews I decided to give them a go and let me tell you, they were amazing! Mike, the receptionist, was super friendly and was able to provide regular updates about the status of my car, what was wrong with it, what they will do to fix it and why. My car was diagnosed less than an hour after I dropped it off and I came back the following week for the repair which was also done very quickly. I haven't had any issues since :) I will definitely be coming back! Thanks again!

I was given extremely bad news about my car and the customer service and care taken in delivering this news was extremely empathetic. Thank you Mike for making my cars transition to car heaven not as upsetting. It's not easy to tell someone directly before Christmas that their car is ruined but he and Nick handled this with ease. I will be back with my new car for servicing next year. Hopefully not with the same news though!

I was in a precarious situation when the mechanical workshop I had been using for over 20yrs near my area gave me a flippant response when I asked them to look into my brakes that were making squealing and clicking noises.Found and read the customer reviews here in Google Reviews about Genesis Autoworks and gave them a try !So glad that I did. Within an hour or so of having dropped off my vehicle, Nick rang me back with a fault diagnosis and what the remedial action and cost estimate would be if they were able to machine the rotors and replace the brake pads. Unfortunately, once the rotors were removed, they were too warped to be machined again, so new rotors and pads were ordered and fitted. All done promptly and at a reasonable price.More than happy to recommend Nick and his team to others.

Grateful for my car being taken in on short notice and the team being transparent and educational with what was being done. Appreciate the help and will definitely be back - haven’t had a Mechanic experience like it!

The side window of my car suddenly was unable to close. Nick answered my call and immediately arranged the appointment on next morning. I did not take a high hope that it could be fixed on the same day based on my previous experience in other car garages. But they have very excellent technicians and fixed it on time to allow me to drive to work on time. If you want a efficient car repair with a reasonable coast, go to Genesis Autoworks, they are great!

Awesome small local business who are leaders in their industry and operate with absolute integrity. Their new premises at East Brisbane is state of the art and takes professionalism to the next level. Nick and his team offer very good parts/work for a reasonable price. They really care about safety but also trying to save money from the side of customers. Impressive.

After spending thousands with another mechanic, with no resolution, Nick and his team did an excellent job finding the problem with my daughters car. His communication was excellent and he charged us appropriately. 10/10 would recommend.

Due to age of car the Radiator had a problem. Dropped car at Genesis and they called when they found that the radiator was leaking and temp gauge was faulty. Really clear on the price and reasonably charged as well. Car has been running strong and its been 6 weeks since the radiator was replaced. Would definitely go back they were just straight forward and easy to deal with.
