I had my tyres replaced at MyCar Pimpama about 5 months ago which included 12 months of free tyre puncture repair. Since then I’ve had two nails / screws causing a slow leak. Both times MyCar Pimpama had it fixed and back to me - free of charge. I do a lot of kms and am on the road a lot so the prompt and efficient turnaround was gratefully appreciated. A really nice team working there as well.

Needed my car repaired in a hurry. Called Mycar Helensvale & Coomera but they couldn't fit me in. Called Mycar Pimpama spoke to Eli (sorry if I missed spelt his name).Eli was amazing so helpful understood my situation, booked car in for next day & repaired same day. Amazing service, very professional & friendly.I would give 10 stars, I will certainly be taking my services to Eli & his team in the future & letting all my family & friends know as well. Massive thank you again. Wendy toyota camry alternator/battery issue.

Wow what an experience. Just about to head off on a big trip and had major issues with the rear suspension on our car. Eli and his team were able to source the parts quickly and have it all fixed. Even found another issue we had no idea about. We were able to get back on the road safely. Can’t thank these guys enough. Highly recommend

Exceptional service. Kind staff. Eli there replaced my tyre and fixed a puncture on another, without request. When I said I couldn't pay, this repair was offered free of charge. Generous customer service and quality outcome.
