Opening hours say 8am and they are almost never open at 8.This is thee third time I’ve waited around for over 10 minutes then having to leave because no one shows up to open.Either post accurate times or stick to three ones you advertise!

This place is magical. There are highly professionals and kind barbers. They did a haircut for my mum for free because we are from Ukraine. Thank You so much. We will be back definitely. Wish You a lot of good customers and all the best.

Haircut was good even though rushed and with sloppy handwork. The person that attended me did not exactly make it a pleasant thing especially sincebsince he started cutting he said you will be happy if I cut here here and here? Will you be happy?". In the end it didn't turn out bad as I was fearing but was actually pretty concerned with it... In any case

I am in no way against this shop but I kid you not the reaction of my barber post cut was him shaking his head, he knew he had made a mistake and decided to blame it on me because he hadn’t managed to remember what I told him at the start, of course, the easy fix would’ve been to ask me again before making a cut but no, he cut an uneven line and decided to blame me. Very very unhappy, won’t be back again.

Got a haircut after a friend's recommendation. Mostly good and friendly service, except the ridiculous price I had to pay for the haircut. They also have inconsistent pricing say you pay on credit card $31.50, then cash you pay $30. I'm not sure how this usually works, because generally speaking you'd have coins and all that.Overall, it is a good place, but I would seek much cheaper options. I'm a student after all, gotta save :))

Absolutely loved the whole experience. I have been seeing Chris since the crossways days with the quality of service and staff excellent. My most recent haircut was excellent as well.

I’ve been a regular of Barber Lab for over 15 years & i can’t recommend them highly enough. Friendly team and a great new store. I’ll be going for another 15+ years for sure!
