I rented a property through Profile Group for 7 years. Profile group was an excellent real estate to rent through. Admin staff were always very friendly & helpful. Our property manager Jack Boylan always responded in a timely manner & any maintenance issues were addressed quickly. It was unfortunate we had to move as the house we rented was sold. Approximately 8months later I accidentally paid rent for our new property to Profile Group without realising…the next day they contacted me to inform me of my error & ensured money was paid back immediately, which I was very grateful for!! Highly recommend Profile Group
