The lady( at 4pm 30/05/2022) was so mean. We would like to order a birthday cake. We have reviewed all the designs at the corner table and would like to ask a couple of questions before making the final decision. The lady answered with an absolute NO and said she is not the one who makes the cake so nothing can be customized! Hey, I didn't expect you as a cashier to make the cake and your cold way of answering questions made me ill. And she didn't even allow us to ask a second question as she said we were in the way for other customers to pay. OK! Then I left there with my upset son. We won't order any cakes in this store!

Tasty as usual, however, since the start of Covid pandemic, all pastries are now disappointingly individually prepackaged in plastic bags. Not only has this negatively impacted the quality of the pastries, but it goes in the opposite direction to current trends of reducing single use plastics. Hopefully they will revert to loose pastries post pandemic (then my Star rating would increase to 4/5).

Came in today with my sister (10am) to buy a cake with red bean. The shop assistants sold us a cake but when my sister double checked the label she found that they sold us the wrong cake. When she went to return it the shop assistants were very unhelpful and insisted that we had the right cake. However upon eating the cake it turns out that it didn't have red bean but green teaVery unhappy customer

Japanese white loaf and curry bread is delicious, although they run out pretty fast.The reason for the two stars is solely due to the horrible staff, which really taints the reputation of Breadtop and the worker’s image themselves. Most workers won’t make eye contact nor say a word to customers when completing transactions. Many workers keep on talking to their coworkers while completing transactions. Maybe it’s normal where they’re from, but I feel it comes off as rude.

The girl with purple hair was really rude to me today. I was picking up a cake that I ordered a few days before and she hasn't even spoken a single word throughout the whole process. She just silently took my receipt, silently opened the box for me... No hello, no goodbye, didn't even look at me. At the end, she just walked off, didn't even say a simple 'thats all, thank you'. Not happy with the customer service.

A good place to buy bakery goods. You get a tray and tongs then load up with whatever takes your fancy. There is some lunch type things, and some sweet type things. They sell drinks, but I don’t like their coffee.They sell fancy looking cakes for special occasions.

Unfortunately the store was not stocked with many options nor much of those options at the time I visited (on a Friday late morning). Haven't had this issue with other Breadtop Bakeries, just this one. Staff member present was fast and efficient.

Such a great brand but unfortunately this store doesn't represent the best of Breadtop can offer. Very scarce selection, cramped up, no sits, inattentive staff and the breads that have minimal amount of ingredients and toppings.
