Oporto Guildford Drive Thru
The door to the restaurant was locked and the drive thru took half an hour. Service was so slow and unorganised.I've been here twice now and both times the service was unprofessional at best.

Asked to eat in and extra chilli sauce on my bondi burger twice and yet didn’t get extra chilli sauce and my food was provided in 2 paper bags. How does a restaurant only has only one toilet for staff, customers, male, female, people with disabilities. Visited 3/6/22 about 8pm

Food is good but poor service.In drive through, the cars doesn't move. If order food for lunch, it will be ready for your dinner.

this store needs more females,More friendly faces.1 female with 5 malesA male team member (most likely the shift manager) staunching up to the female while she’s telling him she needs to train a newbie on POS.Is that the type of management you lead with? absolutely disgusting behaviourAll speaking in their language while I’m waiting to be servedWaited for them to finish having a conversation to hand my food over…So many wrongs I can’t believe for a second there isn’t a problem in this storeYou team need to be more professional, more welcoming, more efficientthere’s always a problem with me being overpriced with things I haven’t ordered and nothing gets don’t about it. Higher management needs to be aware of what’s going on.

Good burgers in line with the Oporto standard.One of the nicer double bondi burgers I have had.Good friendly service.Table space not plentiful.

Burger was very dry. Chicken rappa was like empty bread. And chips were not fresh at all. I used to like Oporto but now I would think twice before going there.
