The lady who served me yesterday morning (07/02/2023) was wonderful. I truly appreciate her for her help. I feel sorry for her though as the same time I was in the store some rude people where making a mess of the place, so she had to clean it up. Treat customer service people better and maybe you will be treated better???

i accidentally ate my pencil case and from all the plastic from the smiggle pencil case made me more plastic then the kardashians so if you ever want botox/plastic surgery then eat ur smiggle pencil case my nanny tried this hack" now she is dead and im sad curse you smiggle"

In this day and age I don’t expect much in the way of genuine customer service but the lady in this store was very helpful with my selection of a water bottle since there were so many options. She weighed up the pros and cons with me regarding the size and material that would be appropriate for my child. I was very grateful for her patience!
