The five of us did the Explorer tasting and the variety of soil types and their effect on the taste of wine made from the same grape variety was quite amazing. Very interesting, thanks.

This was one of the most informative and delightful tasting experiences I had in the Hunter Valley. I opted for the explorer tasting with Belinda, the cellar door manager. Her patient and good-humoured explanation, along with soil samples from the vineyards, allowed me to fully appreciate the diversity of Hunter Semillons and Shirazes.Now that I'm back home in the UK, I regret not arranging freight for the back vintages of Sweetwater Shirazes and Braemore Semillon… You just can’t find estate-aged wine at this calibre at such reasonable prices here!

We had so much fun there and learn a lot. Manager AL is amazing! He knows what he talking about and perfectly described every wine.The world you feel and the world he said it is just amazingly matched!Really love it ! will come back very soon !

Had a great tasting here. What incredible wines, both red and whites. Couldn’t help but buy a some for the collection. Really lovely ladies at the cellar door topped it off.

Thank you Brodie for a well presented as well as fun wine tasting. We learnt loads about the soul in the Hunter valley as well the the huge impact it has on your wines. It was engaging, chatty and fun.

We had the best wine tasting with Brody (?) He was knowledgeable, friendly and the wines were incredible. Highly reccomend stopping in here!

Had a great tasting experience here. Brody was so informative, patient and accommodating. A consummate professional. I loved the various iterations of HV Shirazes, but the absolute standout for me was their KISS Shiraz

Went in for a tasting this weekend and I was thoroughly impressed, with the staff knowledge, understanding and delivery but most importantly with the wines! Ordinarily I wouldn't be a Semillon drinker but I honestly enjoyed every single white wine I tasted which is so unusual for me!! Safe to say I bought a couple to take home and enjoy later and they are so reasonably priced too... I will be back!!
