I had my hair cut and coloured here with extensions and they were matched flawlessly! Couldn’t even tell I had extensions I loved it so much. They were so professional and made me feel confident in trusting them with my hair. Just loved the experience!

I had a hair treatment today. And so disappointed.And not what i expected. She said earlier that i will have hair massage that the most relax thing but what she did that she only massaged my head once and that it is. Even when she washed my hair, i felt like she didn’t wash properly. I didn’t ask her name but pls do the best for your customer. It cost me $35 but very disappointed. And what hair treatment was that? I even didn’t know what treatment she gave me for $35.

had hair washed with cold water in basin as it wasnt working, then had it cut shorter than asked, used thinning scissors which destroyed my hair . the thinned out bottom layer so thin to correct would need to be cut shorter. never showed me the back. layers are butchered leaving me to have extensions put in and have someone correct the hair cut. very disappointed.

Had my daughter's hair done here a few times now always paid $35 to have two Dutch braids went in and had it done on Saturday 23rd October cost $65 for two braids I couldn't believe it when my husband told me. It was just braided not washed blow-dried and then braided. Will not use this place again!! To only fall out by end of dayVery over priced

The worst experience of my life in a hairdressing salon. Went in for a platinum blonde bleach of my roots. My hair got turned to purple with Banning and breakage. They tried to fix it when I told them I wasn't happy and I left with a yellow looking blonde which they tried to hide the banning. 5 days later my hair is still breaking when I run my fingers through it. The manager was rude and obnoxious and didn't know how to diffuse the situation. When going to a salon, you should expect to leave feeling wonderful about they was you look..I left feeling absolutely awful and distressed beyond words. Words can not describe how disappointed I am.
