Ganton provides amazing personalised customer service.My husbands shirt size is a bit irregular and the adjustments made to the shirts in their Marrickville business have allowed him to have beautiful shirts that fit perfectly. We changed 2 shirts from buttoned cuffs to French cuffs and changed the arm lengths.Noi in customer service bend over backwards to get the best shirts.Darren their online manager then followed up to make sure we got the right shirt sizes.Fantastic service that customises shirts and at a very reasonable price is very rare.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ganton.

I was in the David Jones city store today looking to buy a few shirts with a leaning to Ganton. Gordana was the sales assistant. She knew everything there was to know about the different styles and sizes. She was more than willing to unwrap the shirts for me to try on and couldn't have been more pleasant about it. She didn't try any hard sales tactics on me and had a great, positive attitude to her work.In the end I purchased three shirts from her and I'm looking forward to wearing them when I start a new job in a couple of weeks. If most sales assistants had the same outlook as Gordana, most of us would walk out of stores with a smile and get on with our day knowing someone was helpful and took pride in their job.Ganton make great shirts so if you’re looking, not only try Ganton but go and see Gordana at David Jones city store.

I've been wearing Ganton for 25+ years and their online shopping is far better than high end store purchasing. I recently ordered 3 shirts with tailoring, and they were delivered interstate perfectly finished in five working days. The Ganton website works well, payment is painless and helpful Ganton people are very responsive to email / phone contact. The entire transaction exceeded my expectations. Easy to order online and delivered very quickly. I had accidentally ordered a different shirt type on one of my orders, but received an email suggesting I had made an error and would I like to change. Very helpful and will definitely order from here again!

I first bought Ganton shirts 25 years ago and loved their quality but got distracted by the mail order shirts of other companies. I realised that the recent shirts were compromised in quality so I returned to Ganton. What an amazing experience with thicker material, better cut and quality and very well priced. Just about to order another 5 more business shirts perfectly tailored. I wish I had never left Ganton as I have been complimented on my shirts this week and that hasn't happened for many years!

Was measured at the shirt bar around 5 years ago (41/88) and now have around 15 Ganton shirts that have held up to the QLD sun, raising kids, frequent runs in the dryer etc. They all come up new after a good press. I know little about clothing but I know I love the Ganton brand for work, for date nights with my wife, special occasions etc. the best
