Mecca Maxima Carousel

I took my mother there last Thursday 1st of June, we needed some assistance with finding the right product and Sasha, one of the assistants, was there to help us. And she was very helpful with providing us with the right products that could help with my mums skin. Sasha was very helpful and patient. She is a great asset to Mecca Maxima Carousel, we appreciate her assistance.

Hats off to the amazing crew at Mecca Carousel in WA. I purchased a bottle of Brazilian Crush for my daughter for Christmas, she was so excited as it’s one of her favourites. On Boxing Day she put it in her bag and headed to the beach but was soon devastated to find that the whole bottle had leaked during that short journey. Not thinking anything of it, I went to Mecca at Carousel today to replace the item as a surprise for my daughter. I was shocked to hear that after hearing the story and checking with management, they would happily replace it for us, something we weren’t expecting. This is top customer service and I hope the team are acknowledged for the outstanding customer service that we received.

Went there today to buy some products, some of the staff look so unhappy! Jeez not that hard to smile at your customers. Some staff are clearly untrained in some product knowledge, couldn’t even get an answer from a question that I asked

The customer service at Mecca Carousel is outstanding. I was served by a beautiful young lady. I come here specifically to get my granddaughter gift vouchers for birthday and Christmas and always looked after extremely well. Congratulations to all the staff here, you are lovely and represent the company well.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had today. I went into the store at Carousel in WA today wanting to buy a few things, one of the ladies came to me and said that they have hair experts from GHD launching their new hair tool and if I would like to be in the workshop, I happily agreed. During the workshop and even post not even once did the person running the workshop ( can’t remember the name) and his assistant ( Hayley) came to me. He and his helper went around to all the other ladies but not me. Just makes me feel because I was the only Asian person in that group. I felt like a fool sitting there! This is discrimination and I will never invest my money in people with such racist mentality. Horrible experience!!!

The staff members were so kind, patient, and friendly. I enjoyed the process of being explained. The prices were very reasonable, good atmosphere and terrific make-up sets.

Had a really below-standard strip lash application at Mecca on 10th December. My liner application was messy, one of my lash strips was cut ridiculously short (much shorter than the one on my other eye) and the ends of both strips were curling up within two hours ... meaning constant trips to the bathroom to try and stick them back down. While this result is more a reflection on the consultant who did my lashes rather than Mecca itself, the whole experience really ruined what should have been a fun night and I feel like negative feedback is definitely warranted. :-(

I had my makeup done for my year twelve ball and I had a beautiful lady Yani (sorry if I got it wrong) but she was amazing and super sweet and my makeup lasted for over 12 hours and still looked amazing she’s super talented! Would 100% come back if I ever need my makeup done again! Thank you xx
