Treatment didn't work. Money wasted.Essentially ended up with two red blotches / marks on my the right side of my face which was disappointing during my sessions in the second half of 2020.Professional environment and very welcoming... but hopeless on the treatment front.

I have Been going to Territory laser clinic since 2017 (6 years now) and Holly is the best therapist I have ever met, she is honest , caring and ensures best results. You don’t feel like just another customer, she takes her time to know you and your needs. I can't hank Holly enough. I always enjoy my visits and my skin has never been healthier. Also love the Aspect skin range this has been a game changer for my skin and can see a noticeable improvement. :)

Unfortunately it was a terrible experience with Holly whom called my mobile phone and proceeded to yell at me. Unprofessional behaviour.I was advised by her experienced colleague that the best makeup shade for me was no 4 then she changed her mind and assured me that it was no 5 and that it was the one to purchase so i did as i trusted her professional consult. It was too dark so i called up to get an exchange for the 4 which Holly refused whilst yelling at me and telling me to put cream in it to change the colour which did not help. The face wash kit i also purchased was advised for oily skin which i advised to Hollys specialist that I had (in trust i also purchased as well). Screamed at over the phone by Holly With no refund on skin care nor swap for right colour. Read packets later and all stated for use on normal to dry skin on face wash kit and makeup NOT OILY . $350 wasted. One star provided above for the best liars ever!

Had a great experience with Holly for tattoo removal. Very knowledgeable. Gave me all the possible information about the process. I have been out of town and waited to return to her before continuing the treatment.

I had a fantastic experience with Holly with laser tattoo removal, she is professional, friendly and really cares about her clients comfort. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking at laser tattoo removal, anyone who had seen my tattoo can’t believe how much it’s faded from only one session, and with zero blistering or scarring.

Professional, personal service. The girls at Territory lazer do a fantastic job and are great at what they do. Not just that they also remember me by name every time I come in, they go above and beyond for their customers and don't mind going that extra mile.I can't speak of Holli highly enough, service is worth the money.

The laser treatment gave my face brown colour splotches and when I try to contact Holly about this, I am denied contact by her colleagues. Holly totally ruined my life. I no longer want people to see me looking like this and I've become extremely depressed from becoming very self conscious about how horrible my face looks. Stay away from these people, they don't care about you, they only care about your money!!!

Dr. Hooi did such an amazing job, he is so lovely.
