Lost my repeat script then phoned me to say they found it. When I went to pick it up they had lost it again. Waited 20mins before it was found. Won't be back.

Often late opening. Young staff good, older staff a little rude. They put all scripts in plastic sealed bags which is poor consideration for environmental reasons, and probably costs them more.

edit: dropping from 2 to 1 star. nothing changes here. incredibly inefficient every single time. frequently lose" prescriptions and make you wait longer. replace the lot of the desk staff. worst pharmacist I've ever had to deal withnot had rude staff but script wait time is consistently poor

Lovely staff, but always seams to be out of stock of some very basic things, almost every second time going there i’ve been told for some reason to go and try another pharmacy from out of stock to computer system malfunctions its just been disappointing! I was told for few months now that it is due to change of owners, hope new owner will do a better job.

Overcharged at the register for a regular medication. Realised in the car after checking the receipt. Headed back in with my busy little boy.Told I had been charged extra because last month" I had not paid for my medication which had been dispensed.Neither pharmacist or register operator advised of this. I just tapped and went as usual.A highlighted report was produced to show I had in fact not paid for last month's medication which I could only insist that I always head to the till & keep my receipts

I finally got sick of their terrible customer service so went elsewhere for my script, only to discover how much they've been ripping me off!At Chemist Warehouse I got my medication for $8.99 while Chemist Outlet Lisarow have been charging me $13.99 for exactly the same brand.I definitely recommend going elsewhere.
