From day one, Janelle has been beyond helpful, nothing was to big or to small for her to deal with. Selecting the package I was after and making some little tweaks to it were not a hassle for her to deal with, and once the proposal happened and seeing the reaction on my fiancés face, I knew I made the right decision in picking Janelle!!!
