SureFinity Insurance Brokers

Waited almost three weeks for a quote and we're still waiting even after follow up. Very poor communication.

Ausure Insurance Brokers, also going by ‘Surefinity’ Insurance Brokers. ******, the owner/principal, was very rude and unhelpful! When I closed down my business and requested cancellation and a pro-rata refund for my insurance policy I was slapped with a $110 broker fee without explanation. When I queried this with Nathan he stated it was a cancellation fee they were entitled to charge under ‘the act’. When pushed for more information he then went on to say it covered brokerage fees they would have received however were no longer entitled to due to the policy being cancelled. He refused to advise what their brokerage fees were and stated “he was under no obligation to divulge that information”. He did tell me that details of the cancellation fee were clearly stated on page one of the policy document. He wouldn’t advise me what was stated, instead telling me if I wanted to know I should refer back to the paperwork I was provided when I signed up. A little bit of empathy would go a long way when someone has just closed down a business they have put so much blood sweat and tears into. Instead it was all about fattening their bottom dollar, beyond that he really could not have cared less!!
