From the initial design stage right through to final build, the knowledge, attention to detail and expert advice received was exceptional. In just a short few weeks the kitchen was completed on time, more importantly the result far beyond my expectation. Will not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a superior quality kitchen. Thank you for my beautiful new hamptons style kitchen! I was recommended here by a friend who recently did her kitchen and wardrobes and I was blown away by the unique design, knowledge and genuine care offered by Imperial Kitchens. The office and design team were attentive and helpful. Steve installed the kitchen with meticulous attention to detail and was very professional. I got quotes from two other major kitchen companies and Imperial Kitchens offered the best design, and very competitive price. The other companies that quoted only did modular joinery and it was nearly double the price. We were so happy with Imperial, we had them come back and do our wardrobes, laundry and two bathroom vanities. Oh and our dry bar in our dining room.

So happy with our stunning kitchen by Imperial Kitchens! We had quite a small little room to work with but the designer was fantastic and helped us fit in everything we wanted (plus more). The finished product is a high quality, super functional custom kitchen and we just love it! 100% recommend

I contacted Imperial Kitchens a week ago as I would like to do a few upgrades to our kitchen. Firstly I was constantly reminded that imperial kitchens won’t have time for my orders this year. Made me feel like they didn’t want my business. After that the customer consultant tried to get rid of me by saying our kitchen wasn’t build by imperial kitchens. I was able to prove her wrong through paperwork from the builder. Thirdly I finally got an email promising me a quote within 2 days. I only want to replace 2 cupboards with with drawers- over a week later still not one email. I have been sending an email and called in the meantime- nothing.Pretty bad customer service. Sorry that what I want is not a big enough job.I hope I will hear soon from imperial kitchens to right this review.

Imperial Kitchens built and installed both a customised study and a walk-in-pantry fit-out for my new home. They’re both wonderful and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Kali has been a joy to deal with: knowledgeable, efficient and kind. The various installers and associated tradespeople were also a pleasure to have working in my home. Thank you all.

Veronica and the whole Imperial Kitchens team we have dealt with during the process of getting our custom storage have been fantastic. Everyone has turned up on time and been super friendly.We had a number of quotes to build our custom storage whilst Imperial were not the cheapest, the service more than made up for the little bit extra. We are certainly very happy with the end product.

Amazing!! From the beginning Elizabeth came out. Was so thorough! Was so knowledgeable. Drew up concept design and a quote on a Saturday! Then they were just so professional and thorough the whole way through. The end product is just fabulous.
