Look, if you’re considering to buy an electric “something” look no further!! This place and the 2 staff that took care of me and my dad were absolutely amazing!!As we couldn’t fit the escooter we bought in our small 911, the staff assembled it the evening we bought it and even dropped it off at our place the next morning. I want to thank Jaeme for helping me out on a Saturday with the purchase of a home charging cable for a Nissan Leaf, she was a real lifesaver and I really appreciated it. It’s family owned and run companies like IonDNA who provide excellent customer service and even open Saturday morning that I love to support and recommend to others. EVs maybe leading the transport revolution but IonDNA is driving EV service in Canberra.

I cant stress enough how nice the owner is and actually responds back to missed calls, the shop and the attitude speaks for its self. That's a business model ready for success! The other e bike stores don't want to custom order but this owner of shop is willing to find a solution with e bike motor restrictions on e bikes in Aus, im impressed and I will be buying ev product this week 100%. support the small businesses!

It was such a wonderful experience I have to share with others and make this review.The show room has a great range of electrical vehicles from big to small. We popped in to discuss an electric scooter, service was personal and relaxed. When our needs were drawn out we were advised that the scooter we should get was only available from a rival dealer. I have not had a salesman be quite so honest in many years to turn down a sale to meet the needs of the client. Highly recommended

I would certainly recommend Iondna, they gave me a very competitive price for the Kaabo Mantis 10. The sales staff are very friendly and offer good advice as they have a wide range of scooters to choose from. They offer very good after sales support. If your interested in a serious scooter, then I would highly recommend IonDna.

What a great experience throughout! Have been chatting to Rob and Jaeme for some time now about getting into an EV, they have always been helpful and responsive to all of my many questions. They were instrumental in assisting me through the process of using the ACT Sustainable Household Scheme and getting me into an imported Nissan Leaf.A lovely family run business that are always more than happy to go that extra mile to help out there customers. Cannot recommend them enough.
