I placed my order on line and indicated i was in store 5 min prior to entering the store to anticipate that my food would nearly be ready when i arrived. I was left waiting for at least 15 min with my 13yr old daughter whilst at least 8 half naked surf boys caused trouble and interacted with employees on a jovial baisis. A number of these boys appeared to work in this store as the manager accused one of them, by name, for not paying for an extra piece of chicken he recieved and the boys were often talking about discounts they recieved. This was not a cumfortable experience, and the interactions between them and staff was seriously un professional and delayed my service.

Have visited here several times and service is very quick. Guys, you need to set-up your air-con. It's very cold inside, during these days.

This would not rate as the best on the coast. Often disappointing. An opinion I have expressed to management.Coming home after visiting my wife in hospital after work, I decide to try KFC Wyoming again after it being almost 5 years to the day when I did the same thing last time. Has it changed? No way! How could it actually get worse? Two 3 piece boxes. Simple. Nope and I was not told!There were chips in the second box; removed for the sake of making the main course visible. Note the use by time on the mashed potato (6:21 & 7:11) - I purchased at 7:25 (no receipt... I did say yes when asked, now I know why!).Oh! I really dislike sweet and sour dipping sauce that went with the 12 spoons and half a pack of paper towel.

Disgusted customer service and speed tonight at Wyoming KFC. Placed an order for 4 pieces of chicken at 5:50pm. At 6:00pm I asked the counter if my order had been forgotten as there was clearly many pieces of chicken available. I was told there was a ‘wait’ on the chicken, even though I could literally see 40 or so pieces. It seemed like drive through got priority even though I had been waiting before them. Menulog also received priority. Finally I received my 4 pieces of chicken at 6:15!!!!!!!!! FROM THE SAME LOT OF CHICKEN THAT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE SINCE ORDERING!

Absolute disgrace, every single time I go there they stuff the order some way.I got tonight and order a large 3 piece box with bread roll instead of potato & gravy and also ordered a maxi popcorn and a popcorn chicken go bucket.They tell me to park and bring it out, I told them there is no parking and was told to park on the street, I ended up parking and blocking cars while waiting luckily no one was leaving. Eventually after the worker searching for our car which was right in front of him he gave our order and walked off.Instead I get 1 chips, Tenders and some pieces of original chicken which I notice when I get home. When I take the box of chicken out the bottom of the box was oil ruined and because of that it's spilled and leaked so much oil & pieces of chicken all over my carpet and lounge.I am over every single time I come here it because such an angering experience. Fire some staff, hire new managers, do whatever you need but sort this disgrace of a store.

Soooo bad again tonight. 2 wrong orders in front of me. 2 off duty boys chatting the girls on duty. The girls ignored me waiting to place my order. When I got served the team member got 3/5 items wrong because she was talking to others. When she asked another girl to help her with finding an entry the other girl said I’m going on a break. At no time was my drink offered to me and when I got my order handed to me presumed the complete order would be in the bag but NO. no drink for me. When the time to pay came I got told a number which was the total charge but presented as a number, no please or thank you at all. There seemed to be a total lack of care and organisation in the front of house. The food however was fantastic, if only I had something to wash it down with. Not on KFC WYOMING

Service was good. The food was fresh and hot.The only thing i can point out is that they Had 2 of there menu screens not working, so I had to look up the menu on the Web site to work out what I wanted. No biggy

Oh my god don't ever go there. Promise me.... You'll never go there. AAAARRGGHHHHH!!!!!!!It's horrible it's like trying to throw a punch in your dream but in real life. Useless

Every time i go they forget something, today in the drive thru i asked the employee if the sauce was in the bag cause i paid extra for more sauce, he said yes we drove into the carpark and checked no sauce. This happens every time
