Staff were pretty helpful we had done some research on a product and when we asked a staff members opinion he gave us a really honest opinion..it wasn't all about the sales which is quite rare

Discusting service very rude staff in the phone section wouldn't shop there again staff couldn't care less to keep a teenager waiting 5 weeks for a phone charger discusting and to make it worse said there's nothing wrong with and just walked away

The salesperson failed to inform us that the product was only going to work on an iPhone, when we had clearly explained that it needed to also work on an Android phone. They need to understand their products better.

I would like to give Andy at Napier Harvey Norman a great recommendation from me. Being born in the 60's and growing up on a farm before technology hit the world, I would rather not be on a cell phone or computer. I prefer to speak to a 'human being'! But Andy has been very patient and understanding. Unlike some younger tech guys I have struckelsewhere, who just make you feel stupid. I used to have anxiety before I asked for help, as I feared their impatient reactions. Harvey Norman are very lucky to have such a great guy with a great personality working for them. I highly recommend Andy to anyone needing technical assistance of any type.

Needed to spend an hour before next meeting. Staff checked with me and had no issues and helped anyway.Still good value and professional staff.Trying to find out how Hisense TV is configured. Very helpful staff but not very much info available.

Visited store to buy new fridge freezer. Served by a young woman, but told none in store of the Samsung model we wanted. Would take up to 2 weeks to order from Samsung. There was a display model available in Napier store. Asked if she could call to check, and yes it was available to buy. While didn't get her name, but really appreciate sales people who do what they can to get you what you want. Well done Harvey Norman Hastings!
