Great coffee and really friendly service during the day but when I went early one day (6am), I was completely ignored by the staff there. Understand they may not have been officially open at this time but if you're not willing to serve customers, perhaps leave the doors closed next time.

BEST sourdough bread in the SHIRE. GREAT Service and good coffee with lots of cakes to choose from. Do yourself a favour and visit.

I’m giving 2-star because I like the pastry. But one of the staff here wasn’t nice. I asked about the pastry, she didn’t want to answer. I asked to hear about food, she gave me a ridiculous face and didn’t even say anything once it’s done. I just can’t believe it why bother. If you don’t enjoy hospitality then find another job.

I am only giving 1 star as their pastries are good.Their staff are SO young and cold, they know nothing about customer service. And the 'manager' is completely unfriendly and rude.However, I don't recommend you let you child get a job here, for several reasons:- they only hire kids so young (like 12 or 13), they nothing about service and don't get taught. They will leave here with bad habits.- the owner ONLY hires young teenage girls, never boys. What's with that? It's kind of off-putting.- when your daughter turns 15 they will be dropped without notice and the owner won't even have the guts to talk to them or respond to a text. Their name will just disappear from the roster.I have heard this same report about kids getting no more shifts and ignored from several parents. It kills their self esteem and makes them doubt themselves. The owners of this business should have a good look at how they treat people.
