This was my third visit to the shop after building some confidence during the last 2 visits(Last visit was to get a haircut for both my kids) but got the worst haircut of my life from Best Cuts Hairdressing this morning just a day before an important client visit at my office. I believe one person can spoil the reputation of the whole shop and I I think that's exactly what happened today. The fade was fine but I had told the guy to give a medium cut in the centre and keep a long fringe. He made the fringe too short and then totally denied that he even touched it when I complained. After my constant expression of displeasure, he said it isn't bad and will grow back in 2 weeks. Of course it will mate but what's the use of going to a professional with such good reviews, pay the market price for the service only to get the worst haircut of your life. The least I expect from them to listen to the customer needs instead of doing their own thing and then denying it altogether. In fact I had to get a Beard trimming and shaping done after the haircut but had to let it go with my mood spoilt.I was charged $20 instead of $25 which is their usual rate for the fades. Thanks for the $5 discount for spoiling it.Never going to the shop again and won't recommend to anyone.

My go to place when I need a touch up. Best hair cut place I've ever been to and I'm very selective as hair cuts can change ones mood and looks. The owner Reda is so welcoming and very professional with his craft, he follows your request to the T and would give suggestions if needed or if you're unsure. I would highly recommend to give this place a try. Plus on top, the prices are very reasonably cheap.
