I came for a  haircut today and Anu, the only lady who was at the salon told me the wait time will only be 10 minutes maximum but kept me waiting for more than 30 min. Once she took me in she kept leaving me to serve other customers. At the start she said the hair cut will cost only $30 and ended up charging me $35 and wanted in cash. She insisted on washing hair and wanted $10 extra. The hair cut was very uneven and rushed and now I have to go to  another hair dresser to get it even. Very disappointing ! A complete waste of time and money.

So I went in for a lash lift, and my lashes still looked droopy and unlifted when she finished! She denied it which was crazy as they were NOT lifted. They are willing to argue to death instead of apologising for an obvious error. Getting a discount was like pulling teeth. Go if you are happy to put up with this treatment if something goes wrong. Had a cut and colour last week. I was uncomfortable that the staff spoke over me in another language. The young girl who did my hair had some communication issues and she did not seem confident at all.I got home and saw that my hair was uneven, so today I returned to have it fixed (we all make mistakes). The same young girl was working and I asked her to even up my hair.I’m not sure if it was communication issues again but she couldn’t understand what I was asking, and told me that the reason it was uneven was because I part my hair on the side. I kept showing her where it was longer, but she started to cut the side that was shorter. I asked for the manager but she was not there. I left and had my hair fixed at a different salon who showed me how uneven it was from behind as well.I do not enjoy leaving this negative review as I have had my eyebrows done by the owner there before and they were great. I believe the young girl may need some more training.

All staff member are very professional and have provided me with a variety of services of the upmost quality care! I would definitely recommend this salon to all who love both beauty services as well as hair services. 10/10 on all services as well as recommended products.

Everyone I meet afterwards has always asked me where do I got my haircut and eyebrows done . Very professional and attention to detail. I Will always come back to the bliss beauty salon and highly recommend to everyone, you won’t regret trust me as everytime I have haircut I have friends, neighbours, or even strangers at shops compliment the haircut. Honestly from my personal experience- It’s super hard to find a place who does a nice haircut and I feel so lucky that I found one.
