Watergardens Hotel
Been here twice. First time was really good, second time was not so good. The same food, they don't read the Notes on the booking. Booked a table near the wall because we had a newborn it makes it easier for us, but they put us on the area wear everyone goes past hitting our newborns carseat. Asked for a table near the wall and was turned down. Food was salty and some were plain as. Worst experience ever.

I recently celebrated son's birthday at Watergardens Hotel, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and attended to our every need. The venue had the perfect ambiance for the celebration. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of options that catered to everyone's tastes.One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time.Overall, I would highly recommend Watergardens Hotel for any event or celebration. The staff, service, and overall experience were outstanding, and I cannot thank them enough for making this birthday celebration so memorable. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Had lunch with my son last Friday (12.30) Food looked unappetizing (shame you cant look before you pay $29 per head) andvery sparce amount on offer. Nearly every bain marie was empty. Had to take what was left. Nothing was refilled in our time there.Could not chew roast lamb due to grissle. Curry had little meat and mostly bone. Fried food would break even the best of teeth.Disgusting.Dont waste your money!!!!

Great customer service! I love coming here and seeing smiley face’s it’s without doubt a welcoming atmosphere this why I coming back this Friday. The food is yummy & fresh. I give them a 4 star only because when we come in we are allocated to a seating area i may not necessarily like but above all customer service is a 5 star :)

I came here for dinner last night with a few people, it was busy and the lighting of the venue was great.I am dissatisfied that upon entry I was advised we can only be in the venue for 1 hour and 50 minutes.I was disappointed with the long line for the food and even for the dessert bar.With the conclusion of my visit, I was most dissatisfied that a waitress would interrupt us to tell us we have 10 minutes left.This venue is also very expensive compared to others.But I must give credit where credit is due... And that's to the chefs that make this venue happen, the quality of the food goes to these hardworking chefs and cooks.

My very first time here and big queue to get in. Being with two kids I tried to take them to the inside playground as I was waiting for the queue to move and I was treated like I was some kind of a criminal that was not going to pay for my entrance to the premises. Let's see how the food is going to be.... back again just to let you know that food wise was actually good.

Went here for dinner for a 21st bday, the service from all staff was great very friendly and welcoming but the main part of a buffet is the food. Sad to report the food the main part was poor very poor. My whole table of 12 only at one plate and didnt go back for anyhting else besides the ice cream. If you want value for money it is not here. If you want to spend 30-40$ on good ice cream go for it.
