Absolutely terrible service do not go there

Had poolwerx out to install heat pump for my pool all good then started filling pool up left hose running all day and added 6000 litres from my water tanks in as well only to find installer had not put a stopper on one of the pipes , probably wasted 40, 000 litres no apology from management or reimbursement for the loss , then they installed a pool pump I had supplied on the 26th , they took the old pump , didn't leave it and when I refilled the pool up the pump is leaking water from the join , so have contacted installer for 3 days now and doesn't return the calls and management has not done anything as well , so quick to take the money but not do the job properly in the first place will have to get someone reliable to finish the job

Over charged and worst customer service I ever had in any buisiness.I asked them to adjust automatic vacuum they checked and just left. Did not any advice I had no idea why I called poolwerx. They charged callout fee even they did not do I was asking for and chemical total $115.25. I clearly said I do not need them to adjust chemicals when I booked.They should explain before what are they doing. They were late 3hours my husband could not stay home to them.I complained Matt was very arrogant and accused me to pay first otherwise not coming back. Actually I already PAID he even not checked my payment.I do not recommend poolwerx Tweed heads.Worst customer service and over charged.

Out of all the companies we went to Poolwerx were the only ones who knew what they were talking about and our pool has been perfect since.

Excellent service had rails installed and earthed. Fast and efficient . Highly recommend Thanks Team Matt
