staff are quite friendly here. ZING is located inside the store. a few of the sections were a little messy, with items strewn everywhere, which can make it tricky to find what you're after. but besides that, it's a great EB Games!

Great customer service friendly staff especially those who love to have a chat to their customers and treat them as friends, they have a fantastic variety of games to choose from and best of all they are wise in educating parents who are new to understanding things about video games as well as finding the right games for their children( that and helping the parents have more authority in making sure their kids don't get a game that is well above their age group).We also have stationery and accessories for console games as well as PC as well, not to mention they also have a variety of collectibles as well as t-shirts, plush toys and even jewellery. I've known and been familiar with EB Games since their debut in Australia back in 1998, when they were better known as Electronics Boutique" and still to this day they are among the best game traders and dealers in Australia."

What a nightmare the Bondi Junction store is!I did an in-store PreOrder and they miss typed my member number and allocated my purchase to somebody else.Nobody wants to take a responsibility and dealing with customer service on the phone is fruitless.EB Games acknowledges it’s a human error, but would not do anything about it!

Eb games is known not to be the most price competitive, at least among gamers. While they do price match, I don't love the high price

Great staff! They help me find whatever I need. The only thing is that the shop isn’t open on Wednesdays, it is school holidays for me and i wanted to buy an Xbox but I couldn’t because the shop isn’t open.

Very clean and well put together store. Staff are energetic, enthusiastic and have great taste in shoes. They are all very knowledgeable and go out of their way to source stock for you if it's unavailable. If you ever have the pleasure of being served by Adam, you'll have had a magnificent experience. Very personable and approachable. Great sense of humor.Love going to their store.
